This year there are 7 classes at Moorside and one Nursery. The Nursery can accomodate 39 children in the morning and 39 in the afternoon. The school is arranged in three Key Stages: Foundation Stage; Key Stage 1 and Key stage 2.
Foundation Stage classes include the Nursery and one Reception class
Key Stage 1 includes years 1 and 2
Key Stage 2 includes years 3 and 4
Key Stage 2 ends in year 6. The missing two years of Key stage 2 are currently educated at Newbiggin Middle School
